Monday through Sunday, 24 hours. That is not a slogan about being responsive — it is the actual schedule. An early-morning start, a long afternoon session, an evening that runs later than planned, a Sunday booking: all of it fits, because the building is not closing on you at a fixed hour. It also means you can reach us at an hour that suits your own calendar rather than ours.
Catering comes from the same house. One curated menu, one kitchen, one conversation — so a group that needs breakfast, lunch and coffee through the day isn't coordinating three vendors across a parking lot. If the day includes something worth marking, we also make custom cakes to order, expertly crafted for the occasion.
